Reaching Young Minds: Pediatric Vision Screening Camp!

In association with Madurai Eye Centre, CBE, our optometry students conducted a vision screening camp at Vidhyashram Matric Higher Secondary School!

248 young students were screened, and 7 were identified with vision defects, referred for further testing at the hospital.

What made this camp special? Our students educated the teachers first about the importance of pediatric vision screening 

The kids were incredibly cooperative, making it an excellent opportunity for our students to gain hands-on experience in pediatric vision screening!
