Primary Eye Care Ocular Health Screening program

Our PPG Optometry students are gaining hands-on experience at Maharishi Eye Hospital, Namakkal, as part of their Primary Eye Care Ocular Health Screening program!

During their recent village outreach program at Jodarpalaiyam, Namakkal district, they encountered a range of fascinating cases, including Corectopia, Mature Cataract, Sclerocornea, and Corneal Ulcer. These real-life experiences are invaluable for our students, helping them develop their diagnostic skills and prepare for their future careers in optometry.
