From Theory to Reality: A Day of Discovery at Essilor, Coimbatore!

Today, our PPG Optometry students had the incredible opportunity to step inside the world of precision at the Essilor manufacturing company in Coimbatore. This was a full-immersion learning experience.

?Our students went beyond the classroom to witness the meticulous artistry of the manual method of spectacle lens manufacturing, understanding the craft behind every prescription. They also delved into the complex and fascinating world of power implants, gaining invaluable insights into the future of vision correction.

?Seeing the science and technology in action has profoundly impacted our future optometrists. It was an eye-opening day that bridged the gap between academic theory and real-world application.
