Awareness Meets Action! 

?Today at the PPG Institute of Optometry, we took our mission a step further. While screening is vital, education and support for those with vision loss are equally important.

?Our talented Optometry students organized a specialized Low Vision Aids Expo alongside an informative banner gallery dedicated to Glaucoma awareness. It was an "eye-opening" session for everyone involved!

?Today’s Highlights:

We were thrilled to welcome the PPG IT Staff and the PPG School of Education. Their curiosity and participation made the event truly vibrant.

Visitors didn't just learn about Glaucoma; they underwent live screenings and explored the latest technology in low vision aids—bridging the gap between diagnosis and support.

Proud of our students for designing such professional banners and explaining complex clinical concepts so clearly to our visitors.
