Community Optometry Project

We're happy to announce the launch of our community optometry project at Maharishi Eye Hospital, Namakkal, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Ranganathan, renowned Ophthalmologist.

Our PPG Optometry students are gaining invaluable hands-on experience in vision screening, patient care, and community outreach. This project aims to provide quality eye care services to the local community while fostering the growth of our future optometrists.

Today, the second day of the project,one of our students had the privilege of observing and assisting in the operation theatre, gaining insight into cataract surgery procedures.

We're grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Ranganathan and the hospital team, empowering our students to become skilled and compassionate optometrists.
